Thank you to everyone who has supported, donated, attended shows, and interacted with us over the last 12 years.

From our humble beginnings as Shrunken Shakespeare to now as THEE, it has been an honor to serve our community, create art, pay artists, and share in the glory of the NYC theater scene.

We are proud of the work we have accomplished over the last decade+:

From raising just $3,000 to put on our first production of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” with The Muse Brooklyn in 2012 — to winning a $5,000 Nora Roberts Foundation — to achieving our 501(c)3 non-profit status, we’ve always been a product of the indie theater scene and will continue to be.

In 2020 and 2021 we supported the indie theater community right back as artists struggled during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through our Instagram theater Solos in Solidarity, we provided space and aid to writers and actors as they developed new monologues that were filmed and shared with the world. All funds raised through this performance campaign were sent to artists who partook in this programming.

Our continued work in 2024 depends on donors like you to help us produce exciting, original theater and film. We humbly thank you for your contributions which help us pay artists, rent spaces, and much more.
